Companioning through Pregnancy and Infant Loss

Loss is devastating. The loss of a baby is particularly painful. It wasn’t supposed to be like this. Our time with them was cut short, stolen from us, and we are forced to grieve the loss of hopes and dreams for our unrealized lifetime together. It’s normal to feel like life will never be the same, as you are forever changed by this experience. You are allowed to fall apart. It’s ok that you’re not okay. All grief is welcome in my practice, whether it has been days, months, or years since your loss, whether your loss is related to fertility challenges, loss of a baby at ten-weeks development or ten-months after birth, loss of a wanted baby or loss during an unwanted pregnancy. I will walk beside you as your grief unfolds and offer a loving space to explore your thoughts and feelings as you face life after loss. Together, at your own pace, we will explore ways to honor you, your body, and your baby, find meaning in life after loss, and rediscover joy.

I offer a free consult to see if you feel like working together is the right fit. Click contact me to set up a time to talk. You are not alone. ❤
